Wherever Mastercards are accepted. That means at all ATMs and many shops and restaurants worldwide – without exchange rate surcharge if you’re a neon plus, neon global or neon metal user. There are very few merchants that can not yet accept debit cards. These are isolated cases. Did your neon Debit Mastercard unexpectedly not work but another one of your cards did? Please let us know (service@neon-free.ch) – if you have a confirmation slip and can attach it, that's even better. That way, we can figure out what went wrong.
