First, freeze your card by going to the app's home tab, clicking on the «Card» button, and selecting the corresponding option. Then, you can order a new card. The metal card replacement will cost 80 CHF to cover the costs. In exchange, you’ll have your unique metal card back and you’ll probably take even better care of it in the future. ;)
