Due to their year-end processing, our partner bank HBL will have to temporarily freeze bank payments over New Year's Eve, from 31.12.25. until and including 04.01.2026. Card payments will not be impacted by this. While bank payments can still be created in the app, the executions will be impacted as follows: 

• Regular payments in the app (QR bills, domestic, and international payments) can only be executed until 10am on 31.12.25 and will resume on 05.01.26.

• The following transfers will only be possible until 4pm on 31.12.25 and will resume on 05.01.26:

  • Main or Joint Account ↔️ Spaces

  • Main Account ↔️ Joint Account

  • Investment plan balance ➡️ Main Account

  • Transfers between neon clients

• Standing orders during this period will be executed on 05.01.26.

IMPORTANT: If you plan on using your neon Mastercard between 31.12.25 and 04.01.26, please make sure to transfer enough money to your Main Account or your Joint Account in advance.
