Wherever you want. With neon, you are free to choose and don't have to look for a specific ATM. Depending on the plan, two (neon plus), three (neon global) or five (neon metal) withdrawals per month in Switzerland are free of charge – at ATMs of any bank. After that, a withdrawal costs CHF 2.50. Please note that some ATM operators charge extra fees over which we have no control. With neon free, there are no free cash withdrawals, but cash withdrawals with Sonect and TWINT or at Lidl and Coop are free or very cheap. Depending on your plan, a fee of 1.5% (neon free), 1.0% (neon plus), 0.5% (neon global) or 0.0% (neon metal) will be charged on ATM withdrawals abroad.
