What do I need to do if I want to make a claim (online account protection)?
If you think someone might have access to your neon account or neon card, let us and the police know immediately and freeze your card by going to the app's home tab, clicking on the «Card» button, and selecting the corresponding option. Then, ask us for a written declaration so you can be compensated for financial losses. If you want to make a claim, send this completed claims statement, the police report, and account statements of the fraudulent charges (the debit note from your neon app)to info.ch@allianz.com.
Note: this online account protection doesn’t just apply to your neon account – it also works for your other accounts and cards. If you want to make a claim for other accounts, you need to do the same thing – but, of course, let the other bank know instead of us. :)
