It’s easy and free of charge for you. In the app, click on «Pay in» on the 3a dashboard in the top left, and then on «Transfer 3a to neon». This is where you then enter a few details: Select your current 3a provider from the list and choose the neon 3a portfolio to which you’d like to transfer your assets. 

Sign the automatically generated PDF and send it to your current pillar 3a provider by email. If your current 3a provider does not yet accept purely digital documents, print out the automatically generated PDF, sign it by hand, and then send it by post to your current pillar 3a provider.
