How do I transfer my existing pillar 3a to neon?
With neon, you can transfer your existing 3a pillar easily and free of charge – directly in the app.
Here’s how the transfer works:
Open the 3a dashboard in the neon app
Click on «Portfolios» and then «Transfer existing 3a to neon»
Select your current provider from the list
Choose your new neon pillar 3a portfolio to which you wish to transfer your assets
What happens next:
neon automatically generates a transfer form (PDF)
You sign the document
You send it to your previous provider by email or post
