Important to know: You cannot close your pillar 3a account at any time. You can only withdraw funds early from your pillar 3a account if you

• purchase, build or renovate a home (or pay off the associated mortgage),

• move abroad,

• become self-employed,

• are required to receive a disability pension,

• or transfer your 3a assets to a pension fund.
