What happens to the warranty extension if I change from neon metal to neon free?
The warranty extension no longer applies to new purchases from the time you switch to neon free. Purchases made while you were on neon metal are covered for a total of 5 years from the date of purchase (2 years under the original manufacturer's warranty and an additional 3 years under the warranty extension).
