What happens if I switch to neon metal while I have an active phone or travel insurance?
In this case, we will automatically cancel your previously purchased insurance in the background and then re-subscribe you to it as part of your neon metal account. Until you unlock the neon metal travel package, the separate travel insurance will remain active. Accordingly, you would continue to pay the monthly fees for the separate travel insurance (8.50 CHF) in addition to the monthly costs for neon metal (15 CHF).
