What are the fees for withdrawing abroad?
Abroad the fee is 1.5% on the withdrawn amount. Many banks include a surcharge of 2-3% on the interbank exchange rate but don't really tell you about that. neon is about transparency and fair pricing. There's no markup, just the 1.5% fee, no matter whether you withdraw CHF or local currency. (However, to avoid other fees, we always recommend withdrawing in the local currency.
