About the offer

Here’s a closer look at each of the three new WisdomTree assets available on neon invest:

WisdomTree Megatrends UCITS ETF

The WisdomTree Megatrends ETF focuses on the long-term shifts reshaping global industries like clean energy, AI, tech innovation, and health. It brings together top names driving the future across key fields and among the leading holdings, you’ll find well-known players such as Tesla, NVIDIA, and Microsoft, representing strong positions in both tech and sustainability-oriented sectors.

This WisdomTree ETF’s approach focuses on high-growth areas with an eye for diversification across transformative industries, providing a unique balance that keeps costs low with a highly competitive TER and minimises exposure risks. It tracks around 15 themes across three categories (technology, environmental and social demographics) and in the process takes on the task of stock selection, theme selection, and the weighting of themes within the basket. As a result, this ETF offers investors a «one-stop» solution to participate in long-term equity growth across different megatrends as they develop. Unlike many traditional ETFs, which may concentrate in a single sector, this one diversifies across multiple «megatrends» and provides balanced exposure to areas that might grow rapidly in the coming decades.

With a TER of 0.50%, it’s also one of the more affordable options in the megatrends category, where similar ETFs often have TERs up to 0.60% or higher. WisdomTree Physical Crypto Market ETP

This ETP offers exposure to the cryptocurrency space without the need to research and buy each cryptocurrency individually. It is backed by the ten largest cryptocurrencies by market cap (excluding stablecoins), ensuring reliable exposure to the most established cryptocurrencies in the digital space. WisdomTree Physical Crypto Market ETP allows you to invest in the most important parts of the main crypto market, which would be similar to buying a broad ETF that covers most of the world’s stocks. 

At the time of writing this article in early November 2024, the three biggest underlying assets are Bitcoin with 48.77%, Ethereum with 26.51%, and Solana with 8.22%. The Index that the ETP is following is rebalanced on a quarterly basis. And at each rebalancing, BTC is capped at 45% while the combined weight of BTC and ETH is capped at 75%. 

Unlike many crypto ETPs on the market, WisdomTree’s product is physically backed, meaning your investment is secured by actual assets in offline storage for added security. With a low TER of 0.70% compared to similar crypto ETPs (where TERs often exceed 1%), it offers a streamlined way to invest in crypto without the hassle of direct wallet management, allowing you to benefit from both liquidity and transparency. The straightforward structure and security of physical holdings make this ETP particularly appealing to anyone interested in crypto without the higher fees and complexity often found in other funds or the hassle of self-custody. WisdomTree Enhanced Commodity UCITS ETF

Designed for those looking to add «real assets» to their portfolio, this ETF offers access to a range of commodities across energy, agriculture, and metals. Commodities can help protect against inflation since their prices often rise when inflation does. They also tend to have a low correlation with stocks, making them a useful option for portfolio diversification. Key assets include oil, gold, and copper, providing a mix that is both diverse and resilient against inflation.

This WisdomTree ETF stands out among similar commodity ETFs due to its enhanced methodology, which aims to reduce volatility and optimise returns, making it a robust choice for those looking to invest in the commodity market with an added layer of risk management and a competitive TER, since the active management of this ETF allows it to adapt to changing commodity markets, aiming to reduce the usual volatility in this sector.

Its TER of 0.35% is relatively low in the commodity category, where TERs typically range from 0.40% to 0.70%, making it a cost-effective choice for diversified commodity exposure.
